We're so sad to see you go, but if you need to cancel your Restaurant Patrol subscription with us, simply go to your account and select "Cancel Account".
If you have any issues, email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help. If your subscription is in the middle of a billing period you will have access to your account until that billing period is over.
We DO NOT provide refunds for monthly subscription plans. With that said, we do not have contracts so you are welcome to cancel at anytime.
For yearly subscription plans, you have 30 days to reclaim a refund. You will still be charged for one month at the monthly rate, as we do not offer a free trial period. After 30 days a refund will not be available. This same policy applies to recurring annual subscriptions.
In addition, if you paid for the set-up and we have taken the time to set your account up, the actual cost of the set-up will be deducted from the refund, as this costs us time and money that we cannot get back.
